Conditions of rental
1) No sub letting permitted.
2) All breakage's must be paid for.
3) Where dogs are permitted then the amount must be stated and adhered to.
4) The owners of the property accept no responsibility for any personal injury or for loss/damage of personal property however caused.
5) It is recommended that full holiday insurance is taken out re any personal injury / loss or damage to personal property or cancellation of your holiday.
6) Cancellation of holidays must be made in writing or Email at the earliest opportunity.
7) In the event of a cancellation. If it is within 8 weeks of the start date of the rental then any deposit paid shall be forfeited.
8) If the cancellation of the rental is within 6 weeks of the start date of the rental then the full amount of the rental charge is payable.
9) Total rental cost must be paid 6 weeks prior to the start date of the rental unless other arrangements have been made between owner and hirer.
